honeyLIFE Coaching LLC was created by Lawanda Jones who is the CEO and Coach. Because of her deep passion to empower people to reach their goals, Lawanda decided to step out of the learning and development field and start honeyLIFE in 2022.
honeyLIFE actually stands for two different things:
1) a life of "milk and honey" which is referred to in scriptures as a prosperous life,
2) a nickname that Lawanda's parents called her as a child.

Lawanda is a woman of many talents. She has been an Athletic Coach (cheer, tumbling, singing, and track), L&D Trainer, Project Manager, and Administration in the corporate world. She worked in the K-12 education field for around 10 years and even was a singer/songwriter. She loves to write devotions and presents to audience by the hundreds. She seeks ways to serve her culturally diverse community through volunteering.
She and her husband has been married for over 2 decades, has 5 children, and now has 5 grandchildren. She was an Army kid and a Navy wife who has experienced global travel during childhood and adulthood. It took her 15 years to capture her three degrees while traveling as a military wife across the globe, taking care of children, working (and being a stay-at-home mom during many seasons), and going to school. She and her husband was capable of paying off over $115k of debt within 3 years leaving only their mortgage. That adventure inspired them to lead Financial Peace University at their local church for the last 5 years which is causing financial freedom for 50+ families. If that isn't enough in 2022, she and her husband also opened up another company called Ready.Set.Move LLC. She may be short, but she is six foot in the spirit. It has been said by many that you will leave her presence energized.
